Consultations include a thorough assessment, taking into account your lifestyle, health, footwear and activities. Your gait style can be videoed and analysed using state of the art gait analysis software used throughout the world by elite squads including the US and Canadian Olympic teams.
Treatment may include exercises, manipulations, prescription of orthoses (insoles) and referral, where appropriate, to physiotherapists, sports massage therapists and other health professionals.
