Consultations include a thorough and holistic assessment, which takes into account your lifestyle, health, footwear and sports activities. If appropriate, your gait style will be recorded on camera and analysed using the latest gait analysis software used throughout the world for coaching and other sports activities.
Treatment includes exercises, stretching programmes, manipulations, prescription of Orthoses (insoles) and referral, where appropriate, to physiotherapists, sports massage therapists and other health professionals.
